Kenya’s youth are a powerful force for positive change, but they often lack the support and resources needed to unlock their full potential.
Recognizing this, Wake na Vijana Initiatives is dedicated to empowering young people to become agents of transformation in their communities through our Reach for the Stars program.
Our Priority Areas
Reach For Stars: Community Youth Program
This initiative focuses on equipping youth, aged 18-25, from underserved areas with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to drive impactful change within their local communities.

These sessions are designed not just to educate but to inspire youth to take ownership of their futures and become leaders who uplift those around them.
Reach for the Stars: High School Students Program
Recognizing the critical stage these students are at in their educational journey, this program is designed to equip them with essential skills for career preparedness, time management, and the importance of extracurricular activities.
Through interactive group discussions and assignments, students are encouraged to explore their future career paths and make informed decisions.
This initiative aims to empower young people to take charge of their futures and pursue higher education and meaningful careers.
